EMI Abbey Road|
Michael has co-managed with me the installations of three major studio projects at EMI Abbey Road.
This included the rebuild of the prestigious Penthouse Studio in 1996, the rebuild of our
Studio Three in 2000, and most recently the re-fitting and updating of the Penthouse in 2007.
As a world renowned complex, the work done had to be of the highest standards, both technically and aesthetically, and the projects, although major had to be completed within a very tight deadlines and within strict budgets. All my criteria were met, and we were highly satisfied with the work done by Michael and his team, and would not hesitate to recommend them as a highly competent professional for audio design and installation projects

Plaisterer's Hall is, as one would expect, a very fine example of the are of plastering in the neo classical style of Robert Adam. While a relatively new building, having first opened in 1972, the plasterwork is much cherished and any work done in the hall must stringently avoid damaging any of the surfaces.
We had to run new cabling, remove and renovate the speaker system (housed in customised spaces around the room) plus fit all control and operational electronics.
Michael Whiteside (Studio Connections) managed the project from inception to completion. I can be sure that the standard of work was exemplary. Had it now been, the Clerk would have had me locked up in the Tower and tortured mercilessly for many years. I can highly recommend Michael for any sort of sensitive installation work. He is calm under pressure, always aware of any dynamics present and extremely diligent about delivery to the targeted standard and time line.
