The people at Studio Connections are audio specialists who are associated with some of the most prestigious clients in the world. What distinguishes them is their attention to detail and their willingness to take whatever it takes to get something right.

Project management and engineering is led by Michael Whiteside. Michael gained degree in electronics and has since worked in professional audio for over 25 years as designer, consultant and recording engineer, builder and corporate managing director.

John Dunkerley is in charge of all things acoustic. John's background in acoustics is second to none; he has over 1000 world class classical recordings to his name and has been an independent audio consultant to B&W for over 30 years.

EMI Abbey Road Recording Studios. Design and installation of Penthouse Suite, 1996 and re-fit in 2006. Installation of Studio 3 2000. New technical panels and cables for Studio 1, 2002.

Plaisterers Hall. No 1 London Wall. Installation of an audio capture and sound re-enforcement system with audio video facilities for the Guild of Plaisterers.

Post Production and private audio rooms. Numerous private studios, and luxury audio rooms for private clients, and post production suites for TV and broadcast companies.


International Petroleum Exchange (IPE), City of London. Trading floor audio and video recording, archiving and radio mic reporting systems for traders and FSA compliance officers.


London Metal Exchange. Discreet microphone and video recording installation for use by traders, FSA compliance officers.



Institute of Chartered Accounts Hall, Moorgate Place, London (Grade ll listed). Installation of audio system for conferences, recording, broadcast feeds and sound re-enforcement.


Manchester City Stadium for Commonwealth Games 2002. Design and installation of stadium fibre optic infrastructure for all audio feeds and microphone routing for the stadium sound and TV broadcast audio for the 2002 games.

Queen Elizabeth ll Hall, Westminster. Installation of audio system in main hall for conference sound re-enforcement and recording.


Sea Life Centre. Installation of local speech playback and sound effects distribution system with the incorporation of voice evacuation system.
